Days of 2020-2021 are itself challenging and we must help ourselves to survive.
Always remember to stay positive and self-motivated.
Staying motivated is big task for everybody especially in today’s
reality. Let’s first define the motivation. It is what pushes to achieve our
goals, feel more fulfilled and improve our overall quality of life. Motivation
is one of the three areas of the personal skills that are integral to the
concept of emotional intelligence.
For being self-motivated, it’s very important to have personal drive to
achieve, commitment to goals, to be initiative, to look to things in optimistic
way and stay in reality. Keep these elements in your everyday mind and things
might change in a better direction. You must always have something on your “lifetime-plate”.
As once Michelangelo said – “The greater danger for most of us isn’t that our
aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.”
Let’s pause here and realize meaning of these words. How big we will
think for our future it will always help us to stay motivated to reach them.
But we can’t forget the difference of two main activities: goal setting and having
dreams for future life. Let’s set a goal which can be achieved and cherish the
moment of accomplishment. By doing less and focusing on the things we love,
will help us to increase our motivation. It is the way of simplifying the complexity,
but having big dreams for future is the way which will help you to have always
something on your “Lifetime-plate” to achieve.
I believe that world has turned its back on us because we stopped cherishing
what we have, what we have achieved. We are more focused on getting rather than
giving. From my point of view, one of the positive things our volunteering program
has as a pattern, is to implement in our selves feeling of giving, helping,
which will automatically transform our brains into more creative ways how to
spread more and more abundance in community. If you really focus on giving it
will be more satisfying and can become a true purpose for a life.
For any type of achievements, we have to stay committed. How funny it
can sound, smallest shifts create the biggest results. For example, creating
more positive attitude, starting new positive habits can boost our motivation.
When we are doing it constantly, our brain wires new pathways that help us
create incremental improvements.
My wish for every human being is to have more positive attitude and a happy
life.
